X Factor Winner 2011 : Melanie Amaro
Melanie Amaro was crowned the winner of the first season of FOX reality TV hit ‘The X Factor’ on Thursday night.
Amaro was the favorite contestant of most TV experts and music stars like R. Kelly who predicted a bright future ahead of her on Wednesday after sharing a duet with the British Virgin islands native.
The young aspirant singer’s mentor Simon Cowell was pleased with the outcome and thanked the country for supporting his potégé.
Emotions overtook Melanie Amaro when she heard the results and she could barely sing at the end of the show.
Amaro won 5 million dollars in recording contract and the possibility to star in her very own Pepsi commercial.
The talent based in Florida has managed to beat Chris Rene who won third place this season and Josh Krajcik the very worthy runner-up.
