Olivia Munn PETA Ad

Actress Olivia Munn surely knows how to get the world’s attention when she wants to.

After posing in 2010 for PETA’s “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur” campaign, the former “Attack of the Show!” co-host has decided to do it again in 2012.

The “I Don’t Know How She Does It” actress wants to bring awareness to the inhumane treatment of animals worldwide.

She also appeared in a video for the organization to talk about fur farms in China. Munn said the following on the matter:

“As a proud person of Chinese descent, it broke my heart to learn just how terribly animals suffer and die on Chinese fur farms and that there are no penalties for this abuse.”

Will all of this work or have PETA campaigns become a discreet way for entertainers to push their careers?

In the past stars like Eva Mendes and Taraji P. Henson have all posed naked promoting animal rights and no one really knows if these controversial campaigns have really changed the minds and behaviors of people around the globe.

Olivia Munn will portray a character named Amber in the upcoming Steven Soderbergh movie “Magic Mike,” that will be out later this year.
