Jennifer Aniston Sells NYC Apartments
‘Just Go with It’ actress Jennifer Aniston is putting her New York dreams behind for good. Aniston has sold her NYC condos for $6.5 million earlier this month, this is half of a million less than the amount she paid last year for them ($7.01 million).
The buyer’s identity was not revealed. Jennifer Aniston has been back in Los Angeles for months now, she has even purchased a 8,500-sq.-ft. property with her boyfriend Justin Theroux.
The “Marley & Me” star explained few weeks ago, why she decided to live in California again:
“We tried New York. It was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn’t feel like the New York I grew up in and knew.”
Aniston was last seen in “Wanderlust” a movie that failed to make a mark on the box office.
