Obiwan Kenobi Arrested
Believe it or not a man whose real name is Obiwan Kenobi was arrested in California over the weekend for a hit and run that took place last month.
Obiwan Kenobi who has the same name as the Jedi master from the Star Wars movies was involved in an accident that caused a 4-car pileup in mid-March.
On March 19th, the 37-year-old man who was driving a green Toyota in Fairway Drive, near Rosehall Drive took a wrong turn which caused the chaos.
According to Roseville police Sgt. Jason Bosworth, Obiwan Kenobi was taken to Placer County Jail, and later released on $17,500 bail.
It is being reported that Kenobi’s real name is Benjamin Cale Feit but he decided to take the Jedi Knight’s name after a radio station offered $1000 in 1999 to do so.
